Paper Loving Card

One thing that has caught my attention in the new Sale-a-bration Promotion is the Sweet Sorbet Paper. I am loving this paper and a few of the ladies in my group are gushing over it too. Anytime I'm on Pinterest I always see something made with this paper. It's just too pretty to pass up.
The picture doesn't even do it justice!
But the one piece that stood out to me was the floral print paper. Now I can think of a million projects I could do with that print but I only have so much to work with. So I decided to make my own.
I used the Petal Parade Stamp Set ( also free w/$50 purchase).
This stamp set has most of the designs in the paper, so it matches perfectly! I even added the little black dots with a marker to fill in any extra space. This card is so nice! Making your own paper is simple.

What I used:
Whisper White CS: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2  Scored at 4 1/4
Coastal Cabana CS: 5 3/8 x 4 1/8
Whisper White CS: 5 1/4 x 4
Small Whisper White CS 2 x 1

Ink: Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, and Summer Starfish.
Pansy Petal Punch
Petite Petals Punch
Another Thank You Photopolymer Stamp Set

You can stamp away with this stamp set and colors and create your own look. Especially if you run out of paper! Enjoy!

Baby B's Valentines

So Baby B (Bella) put together her Valentines for her class today. She was super excited to be able to do them herself. We added some candy and let her go to work. We did the Stampin Up Monster Hugs (Boy and Girl). Really cute Valentines to give away!

She had so much fun that she wanted to do more. I let her know that her Paper Pumpkin is on it's way so she'd definitely looking forward to that.

Hope you enjoyed!

Sweetheart Treats

Here is a cute way to dress up those Sweetheart boxes. I got my boxes at the dollar store. I think it was 8 of them for $1. Also the ribbon too. I wanted to have a ribbon with some design to it. Love the little hearts.
I used some leftover scraps I had from Christmas and was able to bring this all together!

Measurements:
Cherry Cobbler CS:  6 3/4 x 3 1/4
Score at 5/8, 3, 3 3/4, and 6 1/8
Modern Medley CS:  6 x 1 1/2
Hearts a Flutter Stamp Set (129252)
Fabulous Phrases Stamp Set (120501)
Banner Blast Stamp Set (133554) Free with a $50 purchase

Tie your ribbon around your box.
After you have scored your card stock you then wrap it around your box. It's going to be a tight fit. I used sticky strip to hole the ends together.
I didn't score this piece, I just wrapped it around the box. Its cut shorter to save on paper. Place the end pieces on the front of the box because your going to cover them with the heart cut outs.
Stamp all your stamps. I used the big heart to hid the paper the doesn't close.
 The colors I used are:
For the big heart: Raspberry Ripple
Small heart and banner: Strawberry Slush
Sweet Phrase: Basic Black
I punched out the banner with its coordinating punch (also free with $50 order)
I used the smaller ticket punch to punch out the "sweet" stamp.
I snailed the big heart down in order to hold the closing better. Then used dementionals to pop everything else up. the big heart covers up that opening really well.

Hope you enjoyed!

Baby B's Paper Pumpkin

So I had an idea that I would let my 5 Year old daughter, Bella, show off the Paper Pumpkin each month. She loves to do crafty projects with me and her Nanah, so I thought why not. I also felt it's a great project you can do with younger children who are really creative!

So this is going to be a new segment every month of my daughter being crafty and putting together the Paper Pumpkin Kits! Since I am known as Mama B, she will be known as Baby B!

So enjoy her creativity, you never know how inspiring little kids can be. I see a new demonstrator in our future!

Hope you enjoyed!
