Tattoo Card

Now this card is special! I really liked this stamp set. I Like You stamp set (133958) was a hostess stamp set, but is now retired. I made this card before the retired list came out. 

Something about this card screams tattoos. I just love the placement of the flowers. Now if I was to get a new tattoo this would be it. But that got me thinking, if you could get a tattoo of any Stampin up stamp set, what would you choose? 

Kind of a hard choice really. We have such beautiful stamp sets that I don't think I could narrow it down to 5. But a last this one would be on my list.

Sheltering Tree Friendship Card

Well I have to say it has been a while since I have been on my blog. A lot of things have happened in my life outside of Stampin Up. But now I have made some time to post and show you all what I have in store. It feels so good to be back in the crafting realm of things. 

So today I have a wonderful Friendship card using the Sheltering Tree Stamp Set (137163).

I made this beautiful card and sent it off to all my girls around Easter time. They all loved the surprise in the mail. Since I have been away from crafting for a while so have they and our time together has truly been missed. I can't wait to get back together with my ladies and share all those creative juices. 

Here is what I used: 

Crumb Cake for my card base

Very Vanilla 5 1/2 x 4 1/4

Chocolate Chip 4 1/8 x 5 3/8  (also a Very Vanilla for the inside)

The colors I used: 

Old Olive

Baked Brown Sugar

Strawberry Slush 

Chocolate Chip

Crumb Cake

I had fun making this card that I even decorated the envelope. Adding that special touch to all your work is amazing and it looks great!
