Coffee Cup Friend Card

I'm telling you, I absolutely love this stamp set and suite. It is truly an amazing set to play with. I am having so much fun coming up with cards and gift ideas.

This set is great for that coffee drinker that you know would appreciate a gift card to their fave coffee house. This set makes it so easy to create something great that anyone would love.

Also the framelits cut out the coffee cups from the DSP. That little added bonus makes this card come together nicely.

Coffee Cup Gift Card Holder

Now that the school year is over I needed a last minute gift to give to my daughters teacher. And I know that her teacher loves coffee, so it only made sense to make this gift card holder for her.

Stampin Up used to have a really cute coffee cup stamp a while back and I loved it. So I was excited when I saw this new suite in the new Annual Catalog and had to buy it all.

This suite is so awesome. The paper is perfect and the stamp set is adorable. I can see a lot of great cards and gifts made with this suite.

Eastern Palace Sunflower Card

The Eastern Palace Suite is amazing. I'll admit it looked liked too much work to get all that detail in and too much to figure out how to create cards with details. But as I surfed through Pinterest (yea, I'm addicted) I was blown away by so many designs. In turn I bought the suite and came up with this card.

Who wouldn't love to get this card in the mail. A "Just Because" type card is the best thing you can do for a friend. You have no idea the impact it can have a someone who means something to you.

I did cut two of the flowers out and glued together to make the flower seem more fuller. I embossed this middle with White Embossing Powder and cut out with the Stitched Framelits. And of course I had to add Wink of Stella to the leaves.

I absolutely love this card. I am demoing this card at my monthly team meeting and going to demo for my group of ladies.

Hope you enjoyed!

A Foxy Graduation Card

This year we got to celebrate my cousin's college graduation. Words can not express how proud I am of her. My cousin Asha and I have been close since we were very little (only 1 year apart). I could go on and on about the imagination we shared together growing up. The things we came up with blows my mind sometimes. But we had the best times together.
She means so much to me since she was such an aspect in my up bringing. She has shown me how imagination can turn into reality and to continue to chase your dreams no matter how old you are. I wish her the best as she continues her journey at Humboldt State University.
Congrats Asha!

Now to the card I made her. I haven' made a grad card before and struggled since I didn't even have a grad stamp set. I had to rummage through my old Paper Pumpkin kits and found the grad hat and sentiments. Whew... that was close.

I had to incorporate the new In-Color Lemon Lime Twist. I am so in love with this color when I first saw it. And paired with Basic Black, oh yes! And who can't not love a little fox too.

This is the gift card holder folds that I did in a previous post. I will have the link here and you can see a video from Dawn here
