Halloween Full Candy Wrappers

This is a great idea for a last minute treat.
If you come across you needing to make a last minute treat for a friend, co-worker, teacher, etc. then this is perfect.

I had gotten a box of full size candy from Walmart for around $11. It comes with 18 pieces so the cost works out to over $.60 each. Not bad at all.

I wrapped each one and decorated it with a quick design so it looks great without it just being a plain candy bar.

Designer Series Paper sizes
Hershey Bar: 6 x 5
Reeses: 4 x 6 1/2
KitKat: 3 1/2 x 6 1/2
Whisper White for stamping
Black for web

Halloween Hershey Nugget Holder

Now this treat theme series isn't complete without a Hershey Nugget Holder.
This is my first one actually. I have not made a Nugget Holder on my blog and felt it was about time.

Now I could have copied other demonstrators and their Nugget Holders but I decided to come up with my own. It was fun actually.

This holder will hold 4 Nuggets perfectly. And it's just the sweetest little box ever.
( you can make 4 of these boxes out of one piece of card stock)

Card Stock 5 1/2 x 3 3/4
score horizontal:  1/2, 2 1/2, 3, 5
score vertical: 1/2, 3 1/4
Designer Series Paper: 2 5/8 x 1 7/8
1 x 3 - for candy

Hope you Enjoyed!

Halloween Pumpkin Brownie Holder

Now for some real treats. I have been doing a few post and videos on ideas for non-candy treats for kids. But I can only take so much. I need some chocolate!!

So of course I channeled my inner Erica Cerwin and got some Little Debbie snacks. Now Erica is a genius when it comes to Little Debbie snack treat holders and I knew if I thought it out hard enough I can come up with a perfect holder for my treat.

I am so in love with how this treat holder came out. It was so much fun to make and I will definitely be doing more in the future. I have to say I am very proud of myself for coming up with this all on my own. I am very surprised that I even had any brownies left over. Well... not for long.

Card Stock 6 1/2 x 6 1/2
use Envelope Punch Board and score at 2 1/8 and 3 1/8
Designer Series Paper 2 1/4 x 7 1/2
scraps of Whisper White and Lemon Lime Twist for sentiments and bats

Halloween Sticky Hands Treats

Now to keep in theme of making treats for kids that aren't candy, here is one for the books.
A big thank you to Erica Cerwin for coming up with this idea. It is beyond perfect.

This treat is so amazing I know every kid will love it. And it works perfect with the theme of not giving candy to kids at school. Whats also great is you can get this bag of treats at Walmart for around $6.

I was inspired by Erica's creation that I had to share. I did tweak it a bit from what she came up with but that's the beauty of being creative. You can come up with any design in the front of your treat and it will look awesome.

Card Stock  4 x 7
score  3 and 6 1/4
Card stock  3 3/4 x 2 3/4

Halloween Pencil Holder

So even though I came up with a great pencil bag using our Cello bag (141703), I wanted to make a more fancy holder for them. I saw this holder on Pinterest and knew I had to make it match for Halloween. It was too cute to pass up.

This holder holds 4 pencils. It's the perfect treat especially if your child's school doesn't allow candy.
You just can't go wrong with pencils.

I used an array of our Halloween Stamps and Paper. I love the colors the best. The Gorgeous Grape and Lemon Lime Twist are my absolute fave. Especially since I am not a purple person at all. But I found myself using a lot of the Grape in all my Halloween treats this year.

Card Stock  3 1/2 x 5 1/2
score on vertical side: 1/2, 3/4, 2, 2 1/4
score on horizontal side: 5 1/4
Designer Series Paper  1 1/8 x 5 1/8

Halloween Pencil Bag

Oh how I love Halloween! It is one of my favorite months and I look forward to it every year. I just love the idea of dressing up and eating candy. But over the years I have noticed that schools are cutting back on the candy.

My daughters school won't allow us to hand out any type of candy to the kids. So we came up with some ideas to give out instead.
I found these pencils at the Dollar Tree and Walmart for super cheap, like 12 for $1. You can't go wrong with that and what kid doesn't need a pencil.

These pencils are super cute and fun. Nothing scary about them. Our Cello bags (141703) are perfect for holding multiple pencils.

Designer Series Paper: 6 x 2 - black with stars
6 x 3/4 - purple
A scrap of Whisper White for stamping
A scrap of Black Foil for circle
