Halloween Plaid Mini Curvy Box

I didn't get the last Curvy Box that Stampin Up had so I knew I needed to get this one before it was gone. I love it's small size. It's so cute to decorate. I definitely have many plans for this box in the future.

I've done a type of plaid design before with the larger Buffalo Check Stamp set. The small one is just as easy.

I used the Pumpkin Pie color with two lines together. Then I used Real Red to make the other line going the opposite direction. It's very easy to come up with any color combo and make a really nice plaid pattern. (Works great for masculine cards too).

Hope you enjoyed!

Halloween Pencil Treat Topper

Here is a nice non-candy Halloween treat that anyone can appreciate.

I know some schools don't allow candy to be given out and other options are hard to come by. I've always resorted to pencils and erasers since i know the kids need them anyways. What helps is you can get a packet of 25 pencils for a $1 from the Dollar Tree.

These are super easy and fun that even the kids can get involved to make. I know my daughter loves making these for her classmates and even the left overs we save to give out on Halloween.

Scraps of Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, and Whisper White

Halloween Treat Bags

Can't be Halloween without a cute treat bag.

I love making these treat bags. They are so fun and super easy to whip out for a quick decorative treat. I used that same design that I used in my Tropical Chic Treat Bag. Since they are super popular on my blog and You Tube channel I figured I can use them for any holiday.

And one holiday I really love is Halloween. I love coming up with different ways to decorate my treats, even though I know little kiddos won't appreciate them (haha).

Ninja Turtle Card - Happy Birthday Hubby!

My husband is a huge Ninja Turtles Fan. And I mean Huge!
He has all his old toys and accessories on display in his game room.
So why not make him a card for his birthday.

Now I made this card about 4-5 years ago but never made a video on how to make it.
So I figured why not re-create it with what we have now and make a video on how to make it.

I love how this card came out. I know any kiddo out there (even husbands) would love this card.
Oh and when I say my husband has all his old toys I mean just that.

Lasting Lily - Dear Friend Card

I don't usually make sympathy cards but sometimes the time calls for it.
It is something to have set and ready to go when that time calls. Not always something we want to think about but good to be prepared.

I always believe better late then not at all.
This card thankfully can be used either way. I used the Lasting Lily Stamp Set (149717), which is free right now with a $100 order. This is a very sympathy driven stamp set but very lovely to use.

These lilies come out great in any color and who wouldn't want some pretty lilies. I made this card simple so that it can be used in a time of need or a time to catch up with an old friend.

Hello Cupcake - Bright and Fun Card

I wanted to make a fun and bright card using the Hello Cupcake Stamp Set (149714).
So this is what I came up with.

I love how this card came out and I love how fun and bright it is. It's a lot of fun using the Brights Designer Series Paper Pack (146964). It has been one of my fave paper to work with.

What's also great about this card is that you can use any color combination out there. Especially any color combination using that Brights paper. These colors are meant to go together and they do so very well.

Hello Cupcake - Sweet Wishes Card

Now this cupcake is one of my faves.
And one of my fave things to do is make my own paper with a favorite stamp set.

I love how this cupcake set comes together that I thought it would be great scattered around the paper. I tried stamping it and cutting them out to be placed on the paper but it didn't seem to look right to me. So I went with stamping it out.

It actually turned out to be quite easy and it looks like real designer series paper was just placed on the card. This is one of my faves this year for Sale-a-bration. And it was so much fun to make.

Measurements:
Card Base  8 1/2 x 5 1/2  score 4 1/4
Whisper White  4 1/4 x 5 1/2
Powder Pink  1 inch strip
White  3/4 inch strip
add ribbon

Hello Cupcake- Celebrate Your Day Card

I love this cupcake stamp set. I also love that it is a free stamp set.
You can't go wrong with that.

Whats great about this stamp set is that you can make the cupcakes in any color combo. I prefer the softer colors and then adding a bold color with the sprinkles. It really makes the cupcake, and your card, pop.

This card was inspired from the Sale-a-bration catalog. I just love how these colors come together. They really make this cupcake look good enough to eat.

Measurements:
Card Base  8 1/2 x 5 1/2  score  4/14

Flowering Desert Simple Cactus Card

Since I am loving the new Flowering Desert Stamp Set (148700), I thought I would make a very simple card with it.

This card was fun layering all the plants together, especially in the different colors so they can stand out. This simple layout made this card look so nice.

What I also like about it is that it can be used as a simple hello card, birthday card, or celebration card. Any reason to give a card is a good one.

Card Base 8 1/2 x 5 1/2   score 4 1/4
Coastal Cabana Card Stock  4 x 5 1/4 - embossed with Subtle Embossing folder

Flowering Desert Cactus Card

I was born and raised in San Diego, California and never lived anywhere else. I also never thought I would. But when an opportunity arrived to move to Arizona we jumped on it.

Now I'm in Tucson, Arizona and loving it. It is so nice here and I feel we fit in perfectly.
One thing that has gotten my attention is all the cacti around.
I'm obsessed!

I want to make my whole decor in my home cactus and I have found that to be a bit challenging.
I figure you see enough of it outside why bring it inside - Hahaha!

But this stamp set does the trick. It allows you to make any shape or color that you want your cactus to be. I'm loving it and so love how this card came out.

Measurement:
Card Base  8 1/2 x 5 1/2   score 4 1/4
Designer Series Paper  4 x 5 1/4

Botanical Butterfly Happy Birthday Card

To continue with my pretty butterflies I came up with this card.
I got inspired from a magazine that is exclusive to demonstrators. In the magazine are article and project to help inspire either your business or your hobby.
(If it's something that interests you then you should sign up to become a Stampin Up Demonstrator- Click here

These butterflies are so fun to play around with. And they make the most gorgeous cards. This one uses the Botanical Designer Series Paper that is available for free with a $50 order.

What I like most about this paper is that it has beautiful colorful butterflies on one side and black and white images on the other. When you put the two together you have a great combo that just pops.

Measurements:
Card Base 11 x 4 1/4 - score at 5 1/2
DSP (with stripes) 5 1/2 x 4 1/4

Botanical Butterfly Birthday Wishes Card

Now you can't go wrong with butterflies. And the new Occasions Catalog is full of them.
I am so in love with all these butterflies. Every time I start making a project I end up adding a butterfly in there somewhere.

This card is one of my faves. I did take the time to fussy cut all the butterflies out. When I saw the Botanical Butterfly DSP (Free with a $50 order) and I saw the one page full of the different sized butterflies I knew I couldn't jut cut it up. I needed to cut each and every one out.

And so I did and I came out with this beauty!
